For our accounting we make use of online eAccounting software (Visma software). For this we record the necessary data required for a proper VAT administration, such as the company name, the billing and delivery addresses, telephone numbers and the VAT-number. The customer data is stored for 7 years after the end of deliveries / services, in accordance with our fiscal retention obligation.
We also record the information handed over by business cards. Such as name, job title, telephone number, fax number and mail address as well as the web address, name and address of the company. This information is stored in Contacts (Apple software) on our server. We mainly use this information if we want contact them or want to see the company address for a planned visit. But it also can be used to improve our products and services.
In case of changes or on request of the person who handed over this business card, this data will be modified and / or removed.
